Doner and Gyros cutting machines

• multi cut lines, consisting of a modular combination of 2 - 5 single cut machines Cortex CB 503 KEBAB or CB 496 GYROS (DUO, TRIO, QUATTRO, CINCO)
• automatic sequential cut of high quality meat slices for Doner/Kebab or Gyros meat skewers
• ideal to cut huge quantities of meat of veal, bull beef or pork with only 1 operator
• large adjustment range of blade gap at every single machine. The meat can be cut into variable thick slices in each machine. Also very thin slices are possible.
• the machines of the combination can also be used as single machines
• easy decoupling / coupling of the single machines for cleaning and putting into service again

The standard equipment of the single machines is according to the description of the corresponding models. The machines are only modified for coupling.

• discharge conveyor belt underneath the machines with elevation conveyor belt for the cut meat for feeding of huge bins, e.g. meat trolleys
• discharge conveyor belt for the remaining uncut meat at the last machine
