NOCK IMMEDIATE CUT-OUT^® (ICO) SYSTEM

The NOCK IMMEDIATE CUT-OUT® ICO) safety system stops the machine if the ICO safety glove contacts the blade holder, the feed or discharge table, or the machine housing. The brake motor stops within a split second and turns the transport roll a little way back, minimising the risk of injury.

For uniterrupted operation wear insulated protective gloves over the ICO safety gloves. In this way, unintentional switching off when touching the protected machine parts will be avoided.

Optionally available for all open top NOCK machines (except Cortex CF 300).

Reliable, interference-insensitive system (cable based).

ICO cable harness reliably and quickly via "plug and play" connected to the machine.

No flow of current through the body of the operator.
